RAAF P-51 (Reno) Livery Pack 2

0 ratings

The Royal Australian Air Force received 215 D’s and 84 K’s, as well as 200 built in Australia and others received from the United Kingdom. These aircraft would see combat in various theatres of WWII as well as service in Korea and beyond. They were retired from service in the late 1950’s.

These liveries attempt to preserve some of the history of the iconic P-51 in Australian service.

This pack includes five RAAF examples of US manufactured P-51’s:

  • A68-564 P-51K 86 Squadron RAAF, Bohle River, Australia 1945.
  • A68-729 P-51D 77 Squadron RAAF, Iwakuni, Japan 1950.
  • A68-750 P-51D 77 Squadron RAAF, Bofu, Japan 1946.
  • A68-774 P-51D 76 Squadron RAAF, Japan 1945.
  • A68-799 P-51D 76 Squadron RAAF, Iwakuni, Japan 1953. This aircraft was flown by Squadron Leader F Lawrenson during the Korean War.

This texture set is for the base P-51D Racer included as part of the Reno Expansion for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It is NOT compatible with other P-51D models including the aircraft featured as part of the Unlimited Class Addon.

Package is available either as a self-installer or as a ZIP file for manual installation.
